The challenge was to design a user-friendly interface that streamlined these services while maintaining the fellowship's mission and identity.

Centralized Access: Provide a unified platform for fellowship activities, such as prayer, worship, and counseling.
Subscription Membership Management: Enable users to track, activate, and renew their subscriptions seamlessly.
User Engagement: Create an engaging UI that enhances user interaction with the fellowship's offerings.
Scalability: Design a flexible structure that supports future growth and additional features.

Conducted a competitive analysis of similar fellowship or community platforms to identify gaps and opportunities.
Gathered insights through interviews with stakeholders, focusing on their vision for the platform and user needs.
Defined the target audience: men globally interested in spiritual growth and leadership development.

Created user journey maps to outline key touchpoints for joining, engaging, and renewing memberships.
Collaborated with stakeholders to prioritize core features: subscription tracking, worship content, and charitable initiatives.
Developed user personas to guide design decisions, representing different user groups such as new members and returning users.

3. Wireframes and Prototyping
Designed low-fidelity wireframes to outline the site's layout and user flow.
Iterated on feedback to develop high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, incorporating branding elements to reflect the fellowship's identity.
4. Testing and Refinement
Conducted usability testing with a small group of intended users to identify pain points.
Adjusted features such as the navigation menu for easier access and streamlined the subscription process based on user feedback.
Balancing Features and Simplicity: Designing a feature-rich platform while ensuring simplicity for less tech-savvy users.

At its core, the design features two clasped hands- one light, one dark-symbolizing solidarity and the fellowship's commitment to inclusivity across diverse backgrounds. This handshake embodies the values of mutual respect, support, and the shared journey of spiritual growth.
Above the hands, rays of light extend outward, capturing the fellowship's mission to spread hope, enlightenment, and divine purpose. This radiant motif signifies the transformative power of faith, as well as the strength of community and spiritual leadership. The light serves as a beacon, inspiring men to rise above challenges and lead lives guided by faith and purpose.
The warm golden tones represent illumination, wisdom, and the divine presence, while the earthy brown tones reflect humility, strength, and grounded faith. Together, these colors resonate with the fellowship
